My Story

From the very beginning, fitness and sports were at the heart of my life's journey. Growing up, I was the kid who couldn't resist the allure of the soccer field, the basketball court, the baseball diamond, or the gridiron. Playing sports wasn't just a pastime; it was a passion that fueled my days and shaped my character.

Those early years of competition taught me invaluable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of improvement. I discovered that the human body possessed incredible potential, and unlocking it became my driving ambition.

My journey led me to pursue a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2017, a turning point that deepened my understanding of the intricate mechanics of the human body. Armed with this knowledge, I embarked on a career in the fitness industry that spanned over a decade, working as a personal trainer and fitness manager.

However, it became clear that I wanted to do more than just help individuals reach their physical goals. I wanted to empower them with the knowledge and confidence to lead health-conscious lives, transcending the gym to become the best versions of themselves in every aspect of life.

In 2023, I decided to take a bold step and founded Auxilium Fitness Academy. Here, our mission is twofold: not only do we train and guide individuals to achieve their physical aspirations, but we also educate and inspire them to adopt a holistic, health-conscious lifestyle.
